01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern all use of the pg65 online gaming platform, accessible via pg65.cam and any associated mobile applications or software clients provided by pg65. The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses any part of the pg65 platform in any capacity.

By accessing pg65, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms before using the platform, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law, and that you accept these Terms unconditionally. 02 Eligibility

To register for and use a real-money pg65 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Account Creation

To open a pg65 account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered to a Philippine network. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg65 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pg65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pg65 immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered pg65 account. pg65 uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document matching to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pg65 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your pg65 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pg65 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be introduced or removed from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pg65 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit via GCash and Maya is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your pg65 account. These limits may be adjusted by pg65 at any time and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier section of your account. pg65 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in the Philippines, or where additional verification is required under our AML procedures.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

pg65 operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. pg65 is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored. You must not use the pg65 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pg65 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds awarded by pg65 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute at a higher rate than table games and live casino products. The specific contribution rates for each game or game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward any wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

pg65 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements; colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; or any other conduct that pg65 determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the fair and intended use of its promotional offers.

06 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the pg65 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules applicable to that game.

All electronic games on pg65 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for every round. pg65 does not manipulate, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of any specific outcome for any individual player or session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pg65's recorded server-side game data shall be the authoritative record of the game state and outcome. Where a technical fault prevents a game round from completing correctly, pg65 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg65 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with any part of the pg65 platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any such gains must be reported to pg65 and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated play in live table games.
• Using the pg65 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity as defined under Philippine law.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your account.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent reversal of deposits without valid grounds, after using deposited funds for wagering.
• Accessing the pg65 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other means to disguise your location.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward pg65 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the pg65 platform, its software, or its content without express written authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

pg65 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. pg65 actively supports responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Duration Limits: Set a maximum length for any single gaming session. pg65 will notify you when your limit is approaching and may log you out automatically when it is reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pg65 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform; reverse engineer or decompile any pg65 software; create derivative works based on pg65 content; or use any pg65 trademark or branding in any manner without express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pg65 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.

pg65 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, pg65 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, system failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond our reasonable control.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. pg65 makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game or wager. You play entirely at your own risk and with full awareness of the financial risks involved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pg65's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data

pg65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account with pg65, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

pg65 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML law to collect and retain identity verification documents and transaction records. 12 Amendments to These Terms

pg65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pg65 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent in-platform notice. Non-material corrections, clarifications, or updates may be made without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms, including the date they were last updated, will always be available on this page at pg65.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of pg65 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the pg65 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with pg65 by contacting our customer support team and allowing us a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to investigate and respond to your complaint.

pg65 operates under the oversight of PAGCOR. Unresolved complaints relating to the fairness of games or regulatory compliance may be escalated to PAGCOR through their established complaints procedures.
